Terms of Service

Arena is for organisations and professionals acting in the course of business. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation you name. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You are responsible for the listings, inventory, prices, audience figures, past partners and evidence you publish. They must be accurate, lawful and yours to offer. Content is self-declared unless Arena marks an organisation as Verified; a Verified badge confirms identity review only, not audience or performance claims.

Arena provides tools to request, negotiate, track deliverables and report on partnerships. Commercial agreements are made directly between the parties. Unless agreed in writing, Arena is not a party to those agreements and does not guarantee payment, delivery or outcomes. Where a platform commission applies it is shown before a deal is agreed.

Do not impersonate others, post misleading or infringing content, scrape the service, attempt to bypass security, or use Arena to spam. Anyone can report a listing; we may hide content and suspend accounts that break these Terms.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant Arena a licence to host, display and process it to run the service, including showing published listings publicly and to matched counterparties.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Arena is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid Arena in the 12 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time by writing to shashank.chaudhry@liveaware.in. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
