Supply Sports And Culture
For kit and jersey makers, printers, signage, merch and production houses: win orders from sports and culture organisations through quotes and open tenders.
How it works
From Quote To Delivery
Step 1
Sign up as a supplier
Pick Supplier (kit, print, merch, production) at signup and name your business.
Step 2
List what you make
Kit & merch production, print & signage or content production, with cities served, packages, minimum order (MOQ), standard lead time and a catalogue of up to six items with photo and price range.
Step 3
Quote and bid
Matching needs send you quote requests (RFQs); open tenders you are eligible for alert you. Quote line by line (item, quantity, unit price) plus sample cost and lead time; buyers compare totals and see the lowest unit price and the fastest lead time.
Step 4
Deliver step by step
An award opens a deal with order steps: design approval (including sponsor logo placement), sample approval, production run, dispatch and delivery, each with proof. A supply agreement template is filled from the awarded quote.
Buyers
Who Buys From You
Sponsor logos are approved at the design step, before the sample. If the buyer has an active sponsor on Arena, that sponsor is notified and approves the logo placement; otherwise the buyer approves it. Jerseys, banners and merch carry the right partners. Quotes, clarifications and approvals stay on the message wall; payment is settled offline between you and the buyer.
